The dramatic entrance to the house opens onto a view of the central courtyard with cascading fountain on the floor below and a view across the living room out to the sea. The dining room provides a serene environment for memorable dinners with the calm sound of the trickling water of the weeping wall in side terrace complementing the impressive view of the ocean beyond the terrace in front. The terrace provides a perfect environment to take in the views of the Bay during breakfast to the peaceful sound of the cantera wall fountain. The terrace sitting area provides a perfect after-dinner retreat to relax as colonial-period saints look over you and your guests from their niches high on the wall. A small informal sala off of the main living room provides an intimate retreat for more private conversations or some personal quiet time.

Upstairs, the master suite surrounds one in Colonial period art with a private sun-bathing terrace, Jacuzzi bath with stunning views of the Bay, and a private retreat room off of the bedroom with flat-screen satellite US television programming. All rooms in the master suite have independent music controls from the Bose Lifestyle system in the Retreat room.

In the floor below the living area, a Media/Entertainment room off of the central courtyard fountain and weeping wall accommodates a large crowd for game playing or television/movie viewing with US programming satellite television from the Bose lifestyle DVD/music system. Three bedrooms are located off of the Media Room, two with king-size beds and one with two Queen-size beds. One King-size bedroom has a private bath, and the two remaining bedrooms share a common bath.

The floor below contains another King-size suite with private bath, the exercise gym, and the infinity pool area with sunbathing terrace and bar area suitable for large gatherings and events.
